If you’re anything like us, you live in your suit all summer long. Follow these simple tips to extend the lifespan of your T9 suit.

1) Rinse out promptly - Sunscreens, lotions, chlorine, perspiration and body oils can all do a number on the resilience of swim fabric elasticity, so prompt cleaning is important.

2) Hand-wash with mild soap - The agitator of a washing machine can stretch out a suit. Use a mild liquid soap to keep colors bright (in a pinch, a dab of shampoo will do).

3) Lay it flat to dry - Avoid the temptation to wring out every last drop of water or hang up a wet suit. Roll it up in a clean dry towel and lay it flat to dry (and out of direct sunlight).

4) Rotate swimsuits - Fabrics with spandex have the ability to “bounce back” after drying. So bring more than one suit and give each one 24 hours to completely dry after washing.

5) Lay a towel down - Watch out for rough surfaces that can snag or pill a suit, like wooden benches and concrete. Once damaged, swim fabric cannot be repaired.

6) Designate a hot tub suit - Hot water is bad for swim fabric, and so are the chemicals used in chlorine and bromine. If you hot tub a lot, use the same suit every time (and avoid using one of your favorites)

So comfy!

I have several "boy shorts" from Title9. Not sure I have had the Nalu before. Tried it on in store in my usual small size and it felt a bit tight. The medium was more comfortable. The sales person said if I planned to do surfing or other water sports I should go with the small. If just hanging out go medium. I went with the medium but I do think it is a bit too big. Not huge just loose.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I have a lap suit, but I wanted a suit for a trip to a hot springs resort. I am tired of shaving my bikini area, so I wanted an unrevealing bottom. This one is comfortable, and provided the coverage I was looking for.

I'm probably in between a Large and a Medium, but I bought the Large as I didn't want anything too snug. These swim shorts are so smooth and comfy - great fabric! I like that they don't have a draw string that bunches & sticks out at the waist if you wear a tankini over them.

I love these board shorts! As a wake surfer I do not like shorts that are overly large in the thigh or too tight to where they roll up….these are perfection!

Love these, but something changed?

I've bought these in the past and love them so much. The fit is perfect. I decided to buy two more colors in the same size, and both pair seem to be made differently than the ones I purchased in the past. The waistline isn't consistent with the first two I purchased.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
