Items purchased at the Title Nine Outlet (titlenine.com/outlet) must be returned within 30 days from the Ship Date to qualify for a refund. Outlet items have prices ending in $.99.

Great fit. I've got enough room to wear this skirt over jeans and leggings and it's still slim enough to wear as is. Note that I often purchase XXS and I think an XS is true to size, so a little roomy for me. Very versatile. I've been wearing it frequently this fall and winter and have gotten many compliments. Also haven't had any obvious signs of wear and tear.

The skirt is toasty. I took one star off as the snaps are tighter than the zipper, so when snapped at the waist, it puckers/pulls in (makes the zipper area pouch out). I like it enough that I'll alter the waistband/snaps. I also wish it were longer, but that's just because I wish it came in tall. It's still warm and generally looks nice..

I ordinarily wear a Small/Petite Small. This skirt fits my size 4 body perfectly. However, the fabric is disappointing and this skirt from a side view "flares out" at the bottom in back. I will return it.
