I got a pair for myself and one for my daughter for Mother's Day. She's a couple of inches taller than I but they fit us both great and are very comfortable. I can see them being very good travel pants with the elastic waistband allowing for a long airplane or car ride. Also thinking for hiking or just strolling around. We wore them to a Farmers/Craft market today then changed tops later and wore them for dinner. The straight leg design gives a little sophistication and the slightly stretchy, light weight fabric is super comfortable
