Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.
Items with prices ending in $.97 are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Even though I love this vest, it was too long. I ended up shortening it, but lost the use of the two-way zipper in the process. Now that it is shorter, it is perfect for wearing with leggings and boots without looking frumpy.
