I love the feel of the fabric, nice and cozy on a cool day. The color is beautiful as well. It is a bit on the short side, not a deal breaker however. I wear with leggings and can also wear with a pair of wool bike shorts. The pockets are a bit odd in terms of placement and use. The pockets and length were the rationale for the 4 rating.

I love wearing this dress over leggings with boots, but I'm sure it will go equally well in warmer weather with sandals. Now I wish all my dresses had pockets, they're the best! Lastly, I expected this dress to be boxy, but it's not. It's form fitting and gives me a waist without being too clingy. I hope it's still available next year, because I'm sure I'll want to add another in a different color to my wardrobe.
