Items with prices ending in $.99 purchased at the Title Nine Outlet must be returned within 30 days from Ship Date to qualify for a refund.

Fabric was wonderful and the dress fit really well except for the shoulders which about 2inches too narrow on my shoulders. If you have narrow shoulders, its a beautiful dress.
