If you’re anything like us, you live in your suit all summer long. Follow these simple tips to extend the lifespan of your T9 suit.
1) Rinse out promptly - Sunscreens, lotions, chlorine, perspiration and body oils can all do a number on the resilience of swim fabric elasticity, so prompt cleaning is important.
2) Hand-wash with mild soap - The agitator of a washing machine can stretch out a suit. Use a mild liquid soap to keep colors bright (in a pinch, a dab of shampoo will do).
3) Lay it flat to dry - Avoid the temptation to wring out every last drop of water or hang up a wet suit. Roll it up in a clean dry towel and lay it flat to dry (and out of direct sunlight).
4) Rotate swimsuits - Fabrics with spandex have the ability to “bounce back” after drying. So bring more than one suit and give each one 24 hours to completely dry after washing.
5) Lay a towel down - Watch out for rough surfaces that can snag or pill a suit, like wooden benches and concrete. Once damaged, swim fabric cannot be repaired.
6) Designate a hot tub suit - Hot water is bad for swim fabric, and so are the chemicals used in chlorine and bromine. If you hot tub a lot, use the same suit every time (and avoid using one of your favorites)

Ordered the size I usually would for this swim bottom and fit was great. Great coverage, really comfy across a full day of boating, tubing and car riding. For comparison - I got the Holy Grail swim bottom in a Large and that was the right fit for that style suit.

Durable material, full coverage. Lovely design. It got a bit loose at the waistline, and there is a band in the waistline but I'm not sure how to use it to tighten.

I'm always nervous about buying clothes online. I wear petite sizes on some pieces and small size on others. Buying a swimsuit is never easy for me. I'm pleased to say that this one fit and wears great!
Fits great. I plan to take these to a yoga camp where we will also be active in the water. I can also use this on summer family get togethers as they are fashionable but have good coverage.
These are my favorite bikini bottoms. I winter in the islands where it is very hot and humid, so despite my 61 years, I like very little fabric on me in a swim suit. These have enough coverage I feel modest enough at the beach or at the pool. If they came slightly higher that would be good too (thus one star off), but I don't like the high rise, retro look. I buy these every time the matching top is the Better Bikini style.
